Project Reveal - Infill Project in Downtown Savannah

We are happy to announce that the Pearl Street townhouse project is now complete!

This nine-unit attached infill development is located in downtown Savannah. The Pearl Street townhomes were thoughtfully designed to complement the traditional character of the surrounding neighborhood while adding much needed density to the area. Each townhouse features an open-concept kitchen and living area, complemented by large windows that flood the space with natural light.
