The time has finally come for a BIG announcement from Brown Design Studio – the addition of four new BDS plans to Southern Living’s home plans collection! We have enjoyed a great working relationship with the Southern Living family throughout the years and it’s always a pleasure to feature our home designs with them. In 2015 our Abbey Row Cottage in the Habersham community of Beaufort, SC was featured as the Coastal Living Tour Home, and became our first purchasable plan available through Southern Living’s home network. Today, we are proud to represent 5 different plans through Southern Living’s Home portal, available to purchase and customize according to a homeowner’s wants and needs.
All five plans characterize Brown Design Studio’s residential architectural approach- utilizing classical proportions, traditional construction methods and materials, and open layout living areas.
