Brown Design has a new look, and we’re excited to tell you, and have you see what has changed.
We have migrated to a brighter and more visual layout to display some of our newest finished projects as well as new stock residential plans.
Our Single Family Residential page provides you with our most popular and recent projects that we have completed over the past few years. We offer cottages, houses, side-yard units and outbuildings that are award winning designs with out custom design fees. These units are available for construction or they can be modified to serve as the starting point for a semi-custom home. We’ve added several new plans recently and we are always adding more so be sure to check our site often.
See a plan that you want to buy? PLANS in our top menu allows you to download our document on that specific plan and send to olivia@brownds.com. By doing this, we are able to get that process started for you.
In a new section, Brown Design is introducing the members of our team to you. Eric Brown is the principal architect, and the the owner of Brown Design Studio. Rahul Malla is our designer, and Olivia Matway is our marketing coordinator.
Also new, is a listing of recent publications that we’ve been featured in. On the bottom of the home page. Brown Design has the opportunity to be featured on Southern Living Magazine’s House Plans page for on our Single Family Residential Houses. The plan is available for you to purchase through Southern Living Magazine. It is our most popular house in our Single Family Residential Plans collection.
